Amanda earned her Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo and has been a chartered accountant since 1997.  She has worked for a big six accounting firm in Toronto and in various senior level Finance roles prior to joining IG Wealth Management in 2005.

She has attained her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Chartered life underwriter designations.  

Amanda runs a practice that specializes in planning for and through life transitions such as retirement, sale or growth of a business, divorce, second marriages, and blended families.  

In her spare time, Amanda volunteers as a member of the Business and Professional Women’s club, working to improve the economic, political, social and employment conditions of women both locally and internationally.  She also loves golf, tennis, traveling and spending time with family.

Sara’s educational background includes an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from York University, as well as a Business Fundamentals Certificate from the Schulich School of Business. She attained both her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Chartered life underwriter designations in 2012.

Sara is also the Treasurer for the Wellington Dufferin Women’s Association, working to empower women in the Wellington & Dufferin communities. She enjoys spending time with her daughters, eating good food, dancing, and traveling.
